Traditional wind turbines were never designed for cities. Flotier is. We’re building the infrastructure layer urban wind energy has been waiting for.

Founder Story

The Flotier story began with a simple observation: rooftop edges accelerate wind, but nobody was harnessing it. After 600+ CFD simulations and years of aerodynamic optimization, we proved it was possible. We didn’t stop there. We validated our design in a certified wind tunnel, filed patents, built a prototype, and tested it in the real world. Why did we keep going? Because we saw the opportunity: thousands of commercial buildings across Europe with flat roofs, unobstructed wind exposure, and energy bills they want to reduce. Every pilot installation confirmed what we knew—Flotier works.
